The Elms

The Elms

The Elms Mission House and free-standing library are Tauranga’s best known and most significant historic buildings. A plain white two-storey building with shuttered windows, set among magnificent trees, The Elms was built for Church Missionary Society Reverend Alfred Brown at the Te Papa Mission Station.
