This fabulous $16 million-plus centre offers a great alternative to the beach. The heated wave pool is designed for fun (not stand-up surfng with surfboards) featuring a state-of-the-art wave machine that pumps out 8 different waves, and features a 68-metre hydroslide.
There’s also a 10-lane, 25-metre lap pool, a leisure pool, parent and toddler pool, a health & fitness centre, and a café and crèche. Open 6am to 9pm weekdays & public holidays, and 7am to 7pm weekends. Cost: adults $6.50, children & seniors $4.20, family pass $16. Admission does not include hydroslide ($4), spa, sauna,steam ($4).
