Promises food that’s as authentic as you’ll find anywhere in India: manager Ranjit Jacob says the recipes and methods used at Little India are ‘the same as in the home country.’ He says part of the secret is having a clay charcoal oven, or tandoor, which gives the food its traditional smoky taste.
