WIN!

1. You must subscribe to BotCom’s newsletter to be eligible.
2. Prize draw participants must be over 16 years of age.
3. Only one entry per person is allowed. People entering more than once will automatically be disqualified.
4. The winner will be notified by email or phone by BotCom. The competition winner's name and the city or town in which they live will be posted on the Best of Tauranga website. (personal details including your email address will not be included).
5. The prize is open for entry worldwide, but we ask that you only enter if you have the intention of being in the Western Bay within six weeks to collect it (this does not apply to Best of Tauranga guide books).
6. All prizes are subject to conditions laid down by the sponsor/provider – such as availability and weather conditions. Best of Tauranga and prize sponsor/providers will not be held liable for unavailability that cancels or affects the prize being taken.
7. Prize vouchers must be used within any time frame laid down by the sponsor/provider.
8. All prizes are subject to normal booking requirements.
9. All prizes are not transferable nor redeemable for cash.
10. Staff and associates of Best of Tauranga are not eligible to enter.
11. Prizes are drawn under supervision – and not by Best of Tauranga staff.
